Join a team of innovative and passionate professionals dedicated to making a significant impact.Position Overview:The Sr. Project Management Analyst serves as a vital interface between the organization and its customers, managing specific geographic areas, business segments, product groups, or large programs. This role is responsible for overseeing operational performance, ensuring accountability within organizational operations and customer projects. This is an on-site position in Everett, WA.Key Responsibilities:• Act as the primary representative of the organization to customers, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.• Manage and oversee projects within designated geographic areas, business segments, or product groups.• Monitor overall operational performance, striving for excellence in productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.• Oversee the lifecycle of projects, coordinating between project management, planning, project teams, and line management.• Review project statuses and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare comprehensive status reports.• Assess project issues and devise strategic resolutions to meet established goals and objectives.• Regularly engage with customers to address their needs and concerns.• Work autonomously with limited supervision, demonstrating strong decision-making abilities.• Influence team members and stakeholders by articulating policies, procedures, and project specifics.Required Skills & Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an Advanced degree, or equivalent experience; in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.• At least 2 years of prior experience in Project Management or a related field.• Established track record as a productive professional contributor with advanced knowledge of project management principles.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
