Workforce Solutions Testing Coordinator

Contract Duration: 6+ MonthsRequired Skills & Experience• Bachelor’s/University degree.• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Testing Coordinator or Business Analyst.• Testing Manager/Business Analyst, with PM skills role.• Experience and in-depth understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle processes.• Thorough understanding of end to end testing processes, Quality Center and other testing related tools.• Big banks or Big 4 consulting experience.Desired Skills & Experience• Master’s degree.• Bilingual fluency in another language.What You Will Be Doing• Develop and design standards and procedures, ensure that they are adhered to throughout the software development life cycle.• Develop and design testing approach, scripts and plans, ensures that they are adhered to throughout the software development life cycle.• Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.• Manage organizational process change, ensuring consistency and quality of processes across the organization.• Strive for continuous improvements and streamlining of processes.• Deal with complex and highly variable issues.• Collaborate with client leads and development organizations and partners with business users.• Analyze trends at an organizational level to improve processes; follow and analyze industry trends.• Exhibit in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of these elements in other areas.• Perform other duties and functions as assigned.
