Product Designer
Motive is looking for a Product Designer to collaborate with a cross-functional team to innovate solutions in fleet and freight management products.
Skills
- 3+ years of Interaction and Interface design experience
- Experience leading web or mobile projects with a cross-functional team
- Proficient in design systems and frameworks
- Excellent communication skills
- Curiosity and sense of adventure
Responsibilities
- Understand customer and business problems through research and data
- Own design problems from concept to execution
- Define, validate, and prioritize core use cases
- Identify key user journeys, workflows, and product opportunities
- Build alignment and articulate vision through storytelling
- Obsess over details of interaction and interface design
- Partner with engineering to execute and QA design
