Sales Compensation Analyst
Motive is looking for an entry-level Sales Compensation Analyst to assist the Finance team with various aspects of sales compensation, reporting, and analysis.
Skills
- Experience with Xactly, Oracle, Salesforce
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent writing and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Respond to pay, comp plan, hierarchies, and quota dispute inquiries from the sales team
- Track metrics regarding inquiries/disputes time
- Administer and maintain the commissions system, Xactly
- Identify inefficiencies, implement solutions around sales performance
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
