To continue our efforts in the Albuquerque Metro area, we are hiring a Lead Generator for our Home Improvement client that specializes in enhancing homes with quality kitchens and bathrooms with a focus on customer satisfaction.

As a Lead Generator, you’ll represent our Home Improvement Client's brand, engaging with potential customers and building loyalty through in-store events. You will generate leads by introducing products and creating customer interest. Communicating to homeowners about the benefits and savings of the nationally known product lines we represent. The primary focus is scheduling homeowners for a free consultation that demonstrates our Home Improvement product offerings. Your communication and sales skills will be key in driving our client's growth and brand awareness. 

Lead Generation Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers face to face and provide information tailored to their needs.
• Work within our retail partners to promote Home Improvement services and generate leads.
• Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to the marketing team for strategy refinement.
• Attend daily meetings Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our client's products and services.

• Possess a student mentality and eagerness to learn
• Comfortability working individually and in a collaborative environment
• Background in sales, customer service, retail, client services or related industries
