This leader will report to the VP Growth and be responsible for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer education across several critical areas. These areas include the company website, organic search and SEO, organic social media, content marketing, and much more. We are looking for a leader who has a strategic perspective across these areas and is able to set a vision, build a strategy, and execute a roadmap that delivers results for our customers and company.• Set and execute the overall organic marketing vision and strategy.• Partner with the paid marketing team and other marketing partners such as: corporate marketing, field marketing, and sales development to maximize company-wide marketing results.• Drive customer adoption and engagement for the core platform.• Develop and maintain deep cross-functional partnerships with: product management, engineering, sales, and customer success.• Manage the website, organic search and SEO, organic social, and content marketing teams.• Be responsible for business outcomes such as: brand awareness, reach, domain authority, website traffic, conversion, followers, lead generation, content production, and much more.• Leverage marketing channels to enable and drive revenue growth.• Recruit and develop world-class talent through hands-on coaching and providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities.What You Bring To The Table• Proven experience (10+ years) with organic marketing channels.• Experience with managing websites, content creation, and channel growth.• Experience partnering with product and sales organizations to drive adoption and revenue.• Experience managing high performing teams.• A deeply analytical mindset with strong strategic thinking skills, and the ability to translate insights into action.• Open-minded growth mindset and curiosity.• Expected to be in the Mountain View office multiple times/week.Base Compensation Range: $203,000 - 265,000• Our compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans.Ultimately, in determining pay, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, the role’s scope and complexity, the candidate’s experience and expertise, and other factors.Moveworks Is An Equal Opportunity Employer• Moveworks is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
