This individual will support sales within a lead management system for all loan officers, managers, and administrators within the company. A Product Management Analyst I is well versed with reporting and analysis tools. He/she must excel at effective communication techniques and be equipped with advanced interpersonal skills as this position corresponds heavily with numerous departments internally and externally, including executive management.Roles & Responsibilities:• Manage a help desk and escalation inboxes• Run existing lead reports for Marketing and Sales management• Create new basic reports for Marketing and Sales management• Manage all system setup requests for new MPs• Provide CRM interface assistance to support training.• Communicate changes and updates by providing detailed emails and training tips to users• Work closely with Marketing on understanding new Marketing campaigns and how changes will affect lead distribution and prioritizationCore Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree preferred• Strong analytical skills• Advanced in MS Excel• Familiar with mortgage lending terms and processes• Familiar with mortgage marketing campaigns• Computer literate with the ability to access multiple systems• 1-2 years of related experience with a mid to large sized organizationPreferred Attributes• Experience with Help Desk Ticketing System is a plus• Experience with Velocify or Lead Management System is a plus• Understanding of the mortgage production work flow a plusMr. Cooper Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
