MRO & CMMS Administrator

This position requires you to maintain the department’s budget and oversee the purchasing of parts. The position also requires you to enter Work Orders into the CMMS System. Have the ability to manage and control multiple projects, by maintaining a clean work environment and help reduce process related downtime.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain the Maintenance & Facilities Budget
• MRO Purchaser
• Create all purchase orders into the IFS system.
• Other duties are assigned.
• Update budgetary graphs monthly.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written to facilities associates and outside suppliers
• Ability to work independently
• Safe work practices
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Reading of schematics and diagrams

• Flexible work hours
• Organization skills
• Cost awareness

• Computer use
• Excellent troubleshooting skill
• Ability to work with others
• Ability to travel
