Senior Product Designer

Mission: Design elegant, intuitive interfaces that help legal teams interact with AI. From first principles, you’ll define patterns, prototypes, and flows that make complex systems feel simple—and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own design from discovery through to final polish and developer handoff

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and legal teams to build thoughtful AI-native workflows

  • Translate abstract problems into concrete UI/UX solutions and design systems

  • Prototype quickly, test ideas rigorously, and iterate based on user feedback

  • Build and maintain a scalable, accessible design system

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience designing digital products from 0→1 or scaling mature products

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UI/UX design and problem-solving in complex spaces

  • Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g. Figma, Framer)

  • Excellent communication—you can explain design decisions clearly and collaborate cross-functionally

  • Bonus: experience in legal tech, workflow tools, or working with AI/LLMs

What We Offer:

  • High ownership, direct impact, and fast feedback loops

  • Opportunity to shape design culture and foundations in a high-talent team

  • Real product challenges with real user depth (legal is no joke!)

  • Competitive salary, meaningful equity, hybrid working setup in Edinburgh

Who You Are: You’re energized by ambiguity and systems thinking. You can zoom from pixels to patterns and back. You love getting close to users and sweating the details that make complex software feel clear and humane. You want to build tools that elevate how people work—not just how they click.
