  • Plan Strategically: Develop and execute an annual territory sales plan in collaboration with the VP of Sales and business managers.
  • Stay Organized: Manage your sales pipeline and forecast effectively using CRM tools.
  • Travel with Purpose: Spend significant time traveling within the territory, with occasional overnight stays to meet client needs.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in an industrial environment with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • Understanding of capital equipment, manufacturing, and engineering processes (experience in precision metrology is a plus!).
