Senior Support Technician
MullenLowe is looking for a Senior Support Technician to perform Mac desktop support, AV/Video Conferencing system support, and diagnose hardware problems. We are seeking original thinkers with a passion for unconventional ideas.
Skills
- Experience with Mac OS and Windows 10/11
- Troubleshooting AV/Conferencing systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Provide support for MAC and PC computer systems
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems
- Perform help desk support including ticket assignments
- Assist team members with IT related tasks
