General Description:
Under moderate supervision, provides and delivers claims adjusting services and solutions for internal and external customers in multiple lines of business.

Preferred - Applies knowledge of policies, procedures, laws, statutes, and insurance regulations when ascertaining the incident.

Education:
GED Preferred - High School diploma or equivalent.
Bachelors Preferred - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience strongly preferred.
Education Note:
Training And Experience:
Preferred Training (3 -5 years) - Three (3) years’ combined experience (education and/or direct experience) required and familiarity with: o Claims (insurance customer service representative, adjuster or producer) or; o Legal experience (legal assistant/secretary or similar experience).
Licenses, Certifications, Other:
Required - Current property & casualty adjuster license, or be able to obtain within 6 months of start date required.
Required - Be able to pass a background check and receive a gaming license from the Chickasaw Nation Office of the Gaming Commission as required to work in gaming operations.
Required - Possess a valid driver’s license and meet requirements to drive a Tribal vehicle.
Required - Complete pre-employment drug test with a negative result.
Physical Requirements:
Preferred - Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. Preferred - Requires grasping, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
