ARNP-Specialty Surgery (Breast Oncology)

As an ARNP-Specialty Surgery at MultiCare, your primary responsibilities will include managing patient care in a highly specialized area of breast surgery. You will work collaboratively with breast surgeons and advanced practice providers, performing both clinical duties and surgical assistance in the OR. You will be instrumental in assessing and managing both new and returning patients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care while balancing your workload across clinic and OR time.

To qualify for the ARNP-Specialty Surgery role at MultiCare, you must possess a valid Washington State Nurse Practitioner license upon employment, along with DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority. Additionally, a current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association is required. Experience in surgical practice is advantageous for this specialized position.

The work schedule for the ARNP-Specialty Surgery position at MultiCare is set to promote a healthy work-life balance. You will typically work Monday through Friday, spending approximately three days in clinic, one day in the operating room, and one administrative day each week.
