RELEX Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic Multimedia Marketing Coordinator to join our Content Marketing team. This is a full-time position for someone with experience developing strong multimedia plans that support a comprehensive content strategy for B2B SaaS audiences.

Our new Multimedia Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for a range of activities, from developing strategically aligned multimedia plans to resourcing, briefing, and managing the logistics and execution of those plans. Day-to-day work may include developing scripts and storyboards, coordinating on-site video shoots, strategizing multimedia options for global campaigns and events, managing internal and external resources, and light editing and animation work as needed.

You’ll work closely with:

  • The Brand & Creative team, our in-house graphic designers and video/motion editors
  • External agencies and contractors
  • The Campaigns team, whose campaign plans drive a large proportion of the content/multimedia plan
  • The Product Marketing team, who helps us understand our audience and guides our product messaging
  • RELEX subject matter experts, who share their industry experience and expertise
  • Our team of 7 Content Marketers, who work collaboratively to ensure we’re publishing the best possible work while maintaining a manageable workload balance

Join us as a Multimedia Marketing Coordinator, and this is some of what you’ll be doing:

  • Creating multimedia plans that support a packed content schedule of campaign assets, SEO content, and corporate messaging. Examples of multimedia assets this role will be responsible for include graphics to accompany guides/blogs/written content, “talking head” thought leadership or industry trend videos, event promotion videos, customer videos, social media advertisement videos, solution demos, and more
  • Developing strong briefing documents for multimedia plans and clearly communicating them to Brand & Creative or external contractors, then following up closely to ensure expectations/intentions are understood and projects meet deadlines
  • Scripting and overseeing on-site videos, including managing on-screen talent, booking locations and crews, overseeing transfer of footage, and post-production to finalization and publication
  • Working directly with RELEX customers on testimonial videos; strong external-facing communication skills are required for this role
  • Supporting Brand & Creative with video editing on as-needed basis using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; while this is not primarily an editing role, practical skills are strongly desired
  • Building your own product and industry expertise and working closely with both subject matter experts and Content Marketing teammates to ensure messaging aligns with RELEX’s best practice recommendations

We're looking for:

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to set, communicate, and meet clear deadlines
  • Strong experience in multimedia content creation for diverse channels, including web, social, YouTube, podcasts, etc.
  • Experience with short and long-form video and audio creation and creative development
  • Experience with the Adobe creative suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Experience setting up and shooting live videos in various settings
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, depending on project needs.
  • In all things, the curiosity and excitement to continuously evolve practices, test new ideas, and evaluate impact is key to success in this collaborative, highly motivated, and engaged team

What we consider a bonus:

  • Agency background or similar experience coordinating several projects simultaneously
  • Experience building a multimedia vision/strategy beyond pure execution
  • Experience with podcast strategy and production
  • Experience in and understanding of retail and supply chain management (including for wholesale and consumer goods companies)
