The Opportunity
As Multiverse rapidly scales to become the global leader in workforce transformation in Digital, Tech and AI, we are seeking an exceptional Senior Go-to-Market (GTM) Recruiter to drive the recruitment of top-tier sales talent. In this role, you will focus on hiring for pivotal roles across our Sales function, from Business Development Representatives (BDR) to Regional Directors, aligning with Multiverse’s growth trajectory and supporting our mission to expand revenue.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with some of the most innovative and forward-thinking sales leaders in the industry, shaping the future of a high-performing sales team that is integral to Multiverse’s ambitious revenue goals. You’ll join a Talent team renowned for its strategic impact and commitment to excellence, contributing to a recruiting culture that prioritizes both speed and quality in talent acquisition to meet critical growth milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment Leadership: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles, partnering with Sales leaders to identify high-impact talent for positions that will drive our growth.
Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership in Sales, understanding team needs and developing targeted sourcing strategies that ensure top talent and diverse hiring.
Innovative Sourcing & Engagement: Leverage a range of sourcing methods—direct outreach, referrals, and market mapping—to connect with and engage passive candidates, positioning Multiverse as an employer of choice.
Pipeline & Network Building: Proactively build and maintain pipelines of GTM professionals, establishing relationships that will benefit current and future hiring needs.
Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Provide strategic insights on market trends, compensation, and hiring practices to refine job requirements and hiring strategies.
Continuous Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline recruiting, ensuring high-quality candidate experiences and efficient hiring timelines.
About you
Experience: 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on GTM roles, ideally within high-growth tech or SaaS environments.
Deep GTM Hiring Expertise: Demonstrated success recruiting across Sales functions, from entry to senior levels, with a track record of filling high-impact roles in fast-paced settings.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to build relationships, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Proactive Talent Acquisition Skills: Skilled in proactive sourcing and direct engagement, with experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to build a network and engage passive talent.
Agility & Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic, rapidly changing environments, with a strong sense of urgency and capability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high bar for quality.
