ABOUT THE TEAM

The Go to Market Systems team at Mural is the backbone of our sales, marketing, customer success, and support technology stack. We are responsible for building, optimizing, and integrating the tools and systems that drive our go-to-market strategy. By ensuring seamless data flows, efficient processes, and scalable solutions, we empower Mural’s teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth. YOUR MISSION

 As a GTM Systems Specialist at Mural, you will bring focused expertise in one of three key areas: Subscription Management, Customer Success Systems, or Sales & CRM Operations. This role emphasizes hands-on configuration, optimization, and support to ensure seamless customer experiences across Mural’s go-to-market systems. Each specialist will develop and refine processes in their focus area while contributing to the GTM Systems team’s overall goals. We’re looking for practical problem-solvers who enjoy improving systems to make teams more efficient and data more reliable.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support and Optimize: Act as the primary specialist in your focus area—Subscription
    Management, Customer Success (Gainsight & Service Cloud), or Sales Operations (Sales Cloud)—to configure, support, and improve daily workflows.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Subscription teams to align system functions with business needs and support smooth, cross-team processes.

  • Data Integrity and Reporting: Help maintain clean, accurate data by managing and supporting processes that ensure data quality within your area, enabling reliable reporting.

  • Process Improvements: Identify and implement small automation or configuration changes to improve team efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

  • System Troubleshooting: Serve as the go-to expert for your system area, resolving user issues and ensuring seamless operation for team members. 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 3+ years in a systems role within a SaaS or tech-focused environment,
    ideally supporting Sales, Customer Success, or Subscription Management functions.

  • System Knowledge: Working knowledge of Salesforce (Sales or Service Cloud) and/or Gainsight,with the ability to learn and adapt to new system configurations relevant to your focus area.

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to diagnose issues, analyze data, and propose practical solutions
    within your scope of expertise.

  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Basic Automation Skills: Familiarity with system automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Flow,
    Gainsight Rules Engine) to implement small enhancements as needed.

  • Data Integrity Focus: A basic understanding of data flow between systems and attention to detail in maintaining data accuracy and reliability.
