Automotive Service Advisor - Maserati of Central New Jersey

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our high-performing team and help deliver a premium service experience to our clients.


Position Overview:

As a Service Advisor, you will be the critical link between our customers and the service department, ensuring an exceptional customer journey from start to finish. You will be responsible for guiding customers through their service needs, advising them on necessary repairs, and ensuring their vehicles are cared for by our expert technicians.


Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive service experience.

Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle issues, performing detailed inspections and preparing service estimates.

Serve as a liaison between customers and the service department, keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.

Provide in-depth explanations of needed vehicle repairs and maintenance, outlining both immediate needs and preventative measures.

Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work and follow-up with customers on any service recommendations.

Promote Maserati maintenance plans, parts, and services to enhance the customer’s vehicle care experience.

Resolve any service-related issues or customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

Maintain thorough knowledge of Maserati products, services, warranties, and dealership promotions.

Schedule appointments, manage vehicle check-ins, and ensure proper documentation of all services performed.


Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (luxury or high-performance vehicle experience preferred).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing quality service.

Ability to explain complex vehicle repairs in a clear, understandable manner.

Familiarity with automotive service management software (Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, etc.).

Knowledge of Maserati or other luxury automotive brands is a plus.

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
