Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and passionate Automotive Detailer to join our dynamic team. As an Automotive Detailer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our vehicles are presented in pristine condition, reflecting the high standards of he Murgado Automotive Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior, to meet or exceed dealership standards.
Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and cosmetic damage before delivery to clients.
Apply protective coatings and treatments to vehicles as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all detailing equipment and supplies are properly stored.
Collaborate with service and sales teams to ensure timely and high-quality vehicle preparation.
Report any vehicle issues or damage to the appropriate personnel.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while performing detailing tasks.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering top-notch work.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
