Motor Werks is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Cadillac Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our service department, the Automotive Technician will play a vital role in providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for our Cadillac vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Cadillac vehicles, including engine diagnostics, electrical system repairs, and brake service.
Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and address any potential safety or performance concerns.
Perform complex repairs and replacements in accordance with manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain repair recommendations and provide cost estimates.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and adhere to dealership policies and procedures.
Stay current with Cadillac technical bulletins and training to ensure proficiency in the latest automotive technology.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, specializing in Cadillac vehicles.
ASE certification or equivalent technical training is highly desirable.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex automotive issues.
Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and repair tools specific to Cadillac vehicles.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
