About the Role

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for new business development? As a SaaS Account Executive at Flare, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach within mid-market and enterprise organizations. You'll leverage our comprehensive employee benefits solution to engage, educate, and win over new clients.


In this role, you'll work closely with our Sales Development Reps, Marketing, and broader sales teams to drive new customer acquisition. Your expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and your strategic approach will be key to securing new business and fostering lasting relationships.


Your day to day
  • Strategic Engagement: Proactively identify and engage with prospects at mid-market and enterprise levels, guiding them through Flare’s sales process.
  • Solution Selling: Present our comprehensive employee benefits solutions and financial products to potential clients, demonstrating how they meet their unique needs.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the Sales Development, Marketing, and Product teams to design and execute effective go-to-market strategies and drive lead generation.
  • Customer Education: Utilize a variety of tools including webinars, presentations, and customer visits to educate prospects about our solutions.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and advocacy.
  • Process Improvement: Share insights and feedback to continuously refine our sales strategies and processes.


About you
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in new business sales, preferably in SaaS, employee benefits, or related fields.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to navigate and close complex sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills with a knack for engaging diverse audiences.
  • Pipeline Management: Experience managing sales pipelines and driving lead generation efforts.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic sales environment.
  • Resilience: High level of resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
