We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Campaign Manager to create immersive, innovative, and engaging experiences. The focus of your role will be to deliver award winning out of home (OOH) brand activations.
You will work very closely with internal departments at N2O (creative, finance, talent, logistics and production) so will need exceptional stakeholder management experience. This is a fast paced role which is extremely hands on. There is also significant travel / time away from home during the busy periods of the year as being on site and attending events is a key expectation.
A high level of attention to detail is required for this role and the standard of execution of events is paramount to the relationship we have with our customers from the production to build to the Brand Ambassador team we have working on our activations. You will also support and work closely with all stakeholders on pitches, responses and submissions.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing strong key relationships with clients and be one of the ‘go-to’ colleagues
- Working with our Client Services and Account Directors to respond to client briefs and establish a clear project plan for the campaign
- Understanding clients’ needs and their key objectives/metrics for success
- Identifying and coordinating all relevant resources that need to contribute to the planning, specification, creation or delivery of a campaign
- Leading day-to-day management of client deliverables and troubleshooting any issues
- Working closely with internal departments, ensuring they have the right information in order to fulfil their part in the campaign
- Ensuring campaigns are delivered within agreed costs and hitting clients’ KPIs.

- A degree, or equivalent in a relevant subject, and/or evidence of relevant work experience at a successful first line management level will be acceptable
- Have a background in a busy service based environment, ideally working with FMCG brands
- Have a creative mindset and love solving problems
- Are a people person, love collaborating and building relationships with colleagues and clients
- The ability to prioritise and work well under pressure while managing multiple projects
- Have at least 2 years' successful professional experience in a similar Campaign/Account Management role
- Strong financial acumen to manage budgets and control expenditure and P&L
- Have excellent written and spoken English skills in order to write strong campaign reports, training documents, internal and external emails, and can deliver solid presentations
- Have a high level of IT literacy including the ability to analyse data, use spreadsheets and produce reports. (Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel – oh and Microsoft Teams!

- Salary £34k -£45k gross per annum depending on experience
