For instant consideration for this position, Apply Now!In this Lead Tech Job, you would be assisting in restoration and reconstruction for insurance providers and property owners.Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:· High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/re-installation services according to industry specifications under supervision of the Manager.· Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.· Pass all the IICRC certifications and classes required.· Perform site inspections.· Clean the content and structural damage.· Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.Qualifications:• High School Diploma or equivalent• Fluent in English• Water damage restoration highly preferred• Mold/Fire remediation highly preferred• Minimum one year experience in a manual labor position or equivalent schoolingThis Lead Tech position pays between $21.00-$24.00/hr and works 8a-5p.
