About the Marketing team:

Narmi’s Marketing Team sits at the center of our growth efforts and focuses fully on shaping and broadcasting Narmi's story to financial institutions across the country. The team drives our product positioning and spearheads go-to-market messaging. Marketing at Narmi includes Product-, Content-, and Events- Marketing, as well as Brand Design.  We're dedicated to broadening Narmi's exposure with Financial Institutions and ensuring that the right stakeholders receive the right messaging at the right time.


What you'll do:
  • Own the strategic end-to-end planning and development of long-form content including whitepapers, playbooks/guides, and research-based content relevant to the banking industry
  • Drive organic social media presence and strategy, developing engaging content and fostering community interaction to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Collaborate on email marketing initiatives, contributing to the creation of compelling content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement and conversions
  • Create content and assets to support paid media efforts, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and goals while maximizing ROI and audience reach
  • Work alongside the Narmi Marketing team and internal stakeholders to concept, pitch, and execute content that supports strategic marketing and growth goals
  • Embody the Narmi brand voice and content production process, and further build out process & brand voice guidelines
  • Stay up to date with Enterprise-level SAAS content marketing best practices, and be a subject matter expert on effective B2B content, including visual and new media trends
  • Build external partnerships with banking industry experts, business partners, and current customers to create thought-leadership content


What you'll bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing writing and developing content, with a focus on Enterprise-level B2B content. Financial services or FinTech experience is a huge plus
  • A proven ability to work independently to research, write, and develop long-form content
  • A strong portfolio of work showcasing corporate storytelling and well-researched long-form content (whitepapers, reports, and guides/ebooks) accompanied by derivative content (email, ad copy, social) used for promotional efforts
  • Experience maintaining content calendars, content production processes, managing content in a CMS, and native-social publishing platforms
  • Expertise in lead-gen, SEO, social media, and organic growth best practices as it relates to B2B growth
  • Leverage KPI tracking to evaluate content performance, leveraging insights to inform future content strategies and optimize engagement, reach, and conversions
  • The ability to craft compelling and focused arguments that benefit our target audience


The expected annual base salary for this role is $115,000 - $135,000. Base salary is only part of your total compensation. In addition to base salary, you will receive an equity option grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.
