Variable Compensation Manager

Narvar is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Variable Compensation Manager to develop, implement, and manage compensation programs that align with business objectives and drive performance.

Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to sales compensation plans and validate monthly commission payments.
Support the development of variable compensation programs.
Maintain accurate people records for sellers.
Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales leaders on incentive plans.
Work closely with Accounting to ensure accurate reporting of sales billings credits.
Clarify variable compensation-related inquiries from field teams.
Prepare and maintain monthly reporting packets with compensation metrics.
Support ad hoc projects to enhance compensation processes.

Education

BS degree in accounting, finance, business or related fields
