The Nasdaq Listings team is looking to hire a Product Manager. We're looking for a thoughtful, curious, and dynamic individual to join the listing team. As a Product Manager, you will work with both internal and external stakeholders to define, manage, and execute our product vision across the exchanges and capital market ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, exceptional client-facing competencies and, most important, a deep-seated desire to be helpful.Coordinates all phases of new product development, including research and design, financing, pricing, marketing, Lead engineers and designers to develop product requirements and specifications Remain abreast of the competitive landscape including specific competitive products, feature functionality, strengths, weaknesses, industry trends and regulatory landscape Develop business cases for new products and business initiatives and advocates across multiple levels of Nasdaq leadership Provide timely and accurate information and status updates to senior leaders. Participates in or leads the analytical, experimental, investigative, and testing efforts in support of new product development engineering. Works closely with customer base to identify key needs and appropriate product solutions. Performs analyses and prepares forecasts and recommendations in the areas of product preferences, sales coverage, market penetration, market practices and sales trends. Participates on project/program teams from design to delivery of fully developed products that are ready for customer use. Monitors performance and reviews schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Investigates facts and reviews problems during the design and planning phases, displaying an understanding of products and their functionality Interfaces with engineers, designers, suppliers and customers to develop product requirements and specifications. Prepares and coordinates product introductions and updates. Identifies new business opportunities and creates appropriate business plans. 5years' experience in financial markets / technology Strong comprehension of the exchange landscape and how markets operate Keeps abreast with market trends and the capital market landscape Experience with trading system architecture Experience with agile development practices Strong project management skills Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic and shifting landscape Self-motivated person who is accountable and takes ownership of everything they touch.Salary Range:$100K -- $150KMinimum QualificationBrand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
