Clinic Manager - Midtown Clinics - Registered Nurse

Responsibilities:
  • Provides supervision of clinical strategic initiatives to ensure they are completed timely and compliant with The Joint Commission, PCMH and PCSP guidelines.
  • Collaborates with clinical leadership and external vendors to deploy clinical development plans.
  • Ensures that goals and objectives of the organization are met by providing strategic and tactical input into the planning and execution of the overall clinical development plan.
  • Budget management and resource allocation; provides forecasting and growth projections.
  • Provides data in relation to RVUs and value-based contracts
  • Research Payor contracts, specifically Managed Care organizations (MCOs) as needed to drive the clinical execution.
  • Through interdepartmental partnerships, establishes communication pathways and workflow processes to support the organization’s outreach model and organizational goals of improving access and delivery of care.
  • Monitors workflow and productivity to evaluate overall office performance.
  • Referral tracking incoming and outgoing referrals
  • Monitors the scheduling process to ensure highest quality customer service.
  • Enables high performing team culture based on company values and mission.
  • Assesses patient flow as well as develops and maintains systems and processes to assure efficient flow.
  • Coordinates and facilitates team meetings as required.
  • Provider template building/blocking as needed.
  • All duties as assigned.

Experience:

4 years in Healthcare/Medical - Clinic/Nursing Administration - Preferred

Additional experience requirements:
Experience with electronic health record systems.
Minimum of four years’ experience leading a in a healthcare role; preferably clinical operations.


Education:

Bachelors - Preferred
Additional education requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred with at least 3-5 years’ experience in the field of bed management including relevant management experience in utilization management and resource management preferred.

Certification & Licensures:

BLS Required
ACLS Required
Additional Certification & Licensures details:
Active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee or compact state. ACLS and BLS required.
