Catalogue Manager - Grocery Application

This role involves coordinating with various teams such as marketing, procurement, and supply chain to ensure that all products are correctly listed, categorized, and maintained in the system to offer customers an optimal shopping experience. The Catalogue Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the catalogue reflects ,current stock levels correct ,product descriptions, and is aligned with promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and regularly update all product information (descriptions, prices, images, specifications).
  • Coordinate with various teams (marketing, procurement) to upload new products and remove discontinued ones.
  • Ensure stock levels in the catalogue reflect real-time inventory.
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve search ranking.
  • Work closely with marketing to display promotions effectively.
  • Generate regular reports on product performance and catalogue health.
  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 Years of experience in catalogue management, preferably within the grocery or e-commerce sector.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in catalogue management tools, Microsoft Excel, and data entry systems.
