In this role you will orchestrate efficient usage of Natcast's Electronic Design Automation (EDA) ecosystem, ensuring seamless tool availability and support. This support will be critical to support Natcast’s vision of enabling semiconductor innovation across our user community.
Every day you will coordinate EDA tool operation in the Natcast cloud. This includes coordinating availability of appropriate tool versions, driving priority definition and timely resolution of customer issues, maintaining detailed indicators, and organizing weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews with appropriate technical & management teams.
To thrive in this role you must combine strong program management expertise with deep EDA operational knowledge, demonstrating exceptional stakeholder management while delivering superior technical support experience.

The Program Manager, EDA Operations role offers an exciting opportunity to enable semiconductor innovation through effective tool management and support. Coordinating across the Design Enablement Group (DEG) cloud environment, this position directly impacts the productivity and success of semiconductor development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Manage EDA tool availability and versions
Coordinate vendor relationships and support
Drive issue resolution and prioritization
Maintain cloud-based tool environments
Track enhancement requests and updates
Develop operational metrics and reporting
Configure bug tracking system to support tracking & metrics
Ensure service level agreements are met
Optimize support processes
Guide resource allocation decisions
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
7+ years EDA operations experience
Strong background in program management
