In this role you will architect the revenue recognition framework for America's premier semiconductor research consortium, establishing foundational policies that will shape the financial future of the National Semiconductor Technology Center.

The Senior Revenue Analyst will play a crucial role in building Natcast's financial foundation, developing and implementing revenue recognition policies that support our unique business model. This position offers the opportunity to shape financial strategy while ensuring compliance with non-profit accounting standards and government regulations.
Responsibilities:
· Develop comprehensive revenue recognition policies and procedures
· Complete all revenue billings for memberships and other revenues
· Reconcile receivables
· Guide technical accounting analysis for diverse revenue streams
· Partner with programs, legal, and finance teams on revenue matters
· Create and implement revenue-related training programs
· Support external audit processes and requirements
· Lead revenue aspects of ERP implementation
· Research and interpret US GAAP standards
· Document complex accounting positions and conclusions
· Provide strategic guidance on new business models
· Ensure compliance with federal grant requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
· 5+ years’ experience in technical accounting role
· Deep knowledge of ASC 606 Revenue Recognition standards
· Billing and reconciliation experience
· Experience with non-profit accounting principles
· Proven track record in policy development
· Strong technical writing abilities
· Excellence in cross-functional collaboration
· Experience with complex business models
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with Other Transaction Authority (OTA)
· Knowledge of 2CFR200 requirements
· Semiconductor industry experience
· CPA certification
· ASC 842 Lease accounting expertise
· Federal grant management background
· ERP implementation experience
