Achieve and exceed sales goals for assigned territories
Develop territory and account action plans
Employ Sales processes to conduct effective sales calls
Plan, schedule, and organize work
Coach and develop Clinical Field Specialists and Associate Sales Representatives
Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers and Medical Directors

Education

Bachelor's degree
Background in medical or biological sciences preferred
