Research and Development Scientist

Natera is a global leader in cell-free DNA testing, seeking Research and Development Scientists to enhance their oncology product portfolio through collaboration with academic and pharmaceutical partners.

Skills

Expertise in next-generation sequencing (NGS)
Proficiency with PCR and digital PCR techniques
Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

Lead research collaborations, handling statements of work, experimental planning, data analysis, reporting, and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams and serve as a central point for project execution.
Mentor junior scientists and document research under a Quality Management System.

Education

PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry, molecular biology, cellular biology, or related field.
