Natera™ is a global leader in cell-free DNA testing, dedicated to oncology, women's health, and organ health. They are looking for a Revenue Cycle Claims Specialist to manage revenue cycle projects and improve cash collections.

Skills

Proficiency with medical billing systems
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to problem-solve
Knowledge of medical terminology

Responsibilities

Build and maintain productive relationships within the organization relating to Revenue Cycle Management.
Perform analysis, identify trends, and prioritize initiatives for performance improvement.
Track outcomes of payment resolution, appeals, and negotiated claims.
Lead weekly meetings to review key metrics and workflows.
Assist departments by improving awareness of billing and coding changes.

Education

Healthcare related field of study or equivalent experience.
