The National Account Manager will be responsible for managing the customer relationship and life cycle of our top accounts in the D.C. area and across the Country. The successful candidate in the role will liaise with existing customers of leading U.S. businesses and working to improve the way waste and recycling is collected and measured at their locations across the Country, while driving company gross profit and growth results. The role would be ideally suited to a seasoned professional excelling at both relationship building and analytical problem solving, with strong working knowledge in the waste and recycling industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with major Fortune 500 companies across sectors that want to achieve ambitious ESG goals, providing consultation, reporting, and streamlined national services. This position does not focus on the acquisition of net new business, but growth in revenue and sales pipeline for up selling within existing customer portfolios. You will assist in on-boarding of new National Customers as required to ensure Gross and Net Retention goals are met. Other duties may be assigned on an as-needed basis.
