Responsibilities
- Review all invoices for assigned vendors to ensure appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
- Accurately enter vendor invoices and credits.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment issues via email/phone.
- Audit and review vendor accounts for accuracy.
- Prepare accruals and analyze accounts as required.
Education
- Associate degree in Business and/or Accounting preferred
