Maintenance Supervisor 6 A.M.- 6 P.M.

Nature’s Bakery, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure safe and effective Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance support for the Plant and Facility operations.

Mechanical maintenance experience
Project management skills
Team leadership abilities

Responsibilities

Provide maintenance support for plant machinery
Lead the rollout of new equipment focused on automation
Upskill machine operators in maintenance practices
Maintain compliance with safety regulations and standards
Complete preventative and scheduled maintenance

Education

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (preferred)
Equivalent years of experience in maintenance management
