Job Description

NBCUniversal's Marketing and Content Partnerships team is industry-leading and award-winning, responsible for delivering groundbreaking campaigns and experiences for the world’s most influential marketers and advertisers. We develop innovative creative campaigns across all platforms and formats, leveraging the power of our networks and the passion of our audiences. With a pioneering spirit, entrepreneurial drive, and a passion for pushing boundaries, we are committed to providing cutting-edge solutions that exceed our partners’ expectations.

  • Drive the development and execution of innovative, high-impact advertising campaigns tailored to the unique needs and goals of our diverse brand partners and NBCU corporate initiatives.
  • Develop creative concepts and storyboards for all types of campaigns in collaboration with the strategy team.
  • Ensure creative execution aligns with content strategy, maintaining a clear vision while fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Collaborate with the design team on graphics input and integration.
  • Work closely with the production team to shape and scale ideas based on target budgets and timelines.
  • Source vendors and oversee creative execution in collaboration with the production team.
  • Manage and provide creative direction for the creative team of copywriters.
  • Offer creative direction during shoots, ensuring the vision is effectively communicated and executed.
  • Drive interdepartmental collaboration and share insights across accounts and NBCU’s portfolio of networks.
  • Present creative ideas and concepts effectively during internal and external pitches.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in the creative field
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines as well as able to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be excellent communicator
  • Ability to travel and work on weekends as required by ongoing projects
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
