We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of Microsoft-based Modern Workplace projects—with a focus on End-User Computing (EUC) and Identity solutions. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and Entry, and a passion for driving secure, user-centric technology outcomes.

This is a high-impact opportunity to lead strategic workplace initiatives, working across technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to enable a more connected, productive, and future-ready digital environment.

As the Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of projects aligned with our Modern Workplace transformation. You’ll be responsible for project planning, budget tracking, scheduling, and risk/issue management—using a structured Waterfall methodology, while leveraging Agile approaches where appropriate.

You’ll coordinate diverse teams of employees, contractors, and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality project outcomes. Your role will also involve managing key stakeholder relationships, ensuring engagement, alignment, and smooth communication across all levels.

• Proven project management experience using Waterfall methodologies

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Modern Workplace projects (EUC, Identity, Microsoft AD, Entry)

• Strong capability in driving delivery across cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills—both written and verbal

• Confident in stakeholder relationship management and working independently

• Familiarity with Agile delivery approaches
