About the project: 

As Salesforce Consultant you will implement solutions on the standard Salesforce platform and aditionally customize these solutions to better align with the organization's specific needs. 

You will also own architecture and build of Salesforce solutions and deliver top quality products with industry best practices and guidance. 

You will be able to: 

  • Identify the needs of the client, translate them into business processes and then into a technical solution on the platform.  
  • Plan and budget the project according to the client’s specifications.  
  • Estimate the time the project will take and the cost. 
  • Be responsible for the quality of the data in Salesforce. 
  • Set up and implement Salesforce solutions at the customer’s side. 
  • Train users, generally, in workshops, user training is a key step in adopting the tool. 
  • Customize user interfaces to meet client requirements and enhance user experience. 
  • Integrate third-party applications and systems with Salesforce Experience Cloud. 

What will help you succeed in this role: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • 5+ Years of experience working with Salesforce. 
  • 3+ Years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud. 
  • 3+ Years of experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud. 
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience in an HLS industry. 
  • 1+ Years of experience working with Health Cloud. 
  • 1+ Years of experience working with Cloud. 
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
