This person will work to automate manual tasks. This position works on projects/matters of limited complexity, and their work is closely managed and reviewed. This person will work in concert with other teams to improve their development processes and configuration.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:• Researches, designs, implements and manages software applications and processes based on user requirements.• Writes, tests and implements efficient code.• Works within an Agile environment, responds to change quickly, including re-focusing development efforts and adapting to evolving requirements.• Is positive and solution-oriented with team members and stakeholders.• Continues to update technical knowledge and skills.• Communicates with colleagues, management, and other stakeholders to both explain complex issues clearly and concisely, as well as increase adoption of organizational standards.EDUCATION:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.EXPERIENCE:• At least 1 year working in an Agile development process• At least 1 year working with .NET web development experience• At least 1 year working with PowerShell or other equivalent scripting language• Exposure to or familiarity with automated unit testing frameworks• Exposure to or familiarity with Angular front-end development experience• Exposure to or familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred)• Exposure to or familiarity with Microsoft’s Azure DevOps• Exposure to or familiarity with Kubernetes• Exposure to or familiarity with Cloud architecturesCOMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:• Strong technical competency.• Logical, analytical and creative approach to solving problems.• Ability to work both in a team and independently.• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.• Good time management skills to plan and organize own work.• Demonstrated respect, collaboration, and pride in ownership.• Ability to adapt to change.• Focus on continuous improvement and delivering value.• Self-starter and able to work independently from sets of instructions.Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, HSA and FSA, generous earned time off, 401K/student loan repayment, life insurance & AD&D insurance, employee assistance program, employee stock purchase program, tuition reimbursement, performance-based incentive pay, short- and long-term disability, and a robust wellness program.
