As a Cell Leader, you will be at the forefront of overseeing the startup, operation, and TPM maintenance of molding and assembly equipment, ensuring that all products meet both company and customer specifications while adhering to our high standards of quality and safety. You’ll keep your workspace clean and maintain the 5S standards that foster a productive environment. Your day will involve a mix of tasks, from inspecting products for quality and reporting any defects to operating assembly and packaging equipment with precision. Your expertise in mold changeovers and machine operation will be crucial in ensuring our injection molding machinery runs smoothly. You will also be a key player in maintaining our Lean initiatives, supporting continuous improvement efforts, and participating in TPM activities. Working collaboratively with your team, you’ll provide valuable suggestions for process enhancements that drive efficiency and quality.
