This is a fully Remote role within the United States. We are looking for top talent to make significant contributions to our products, technology, and customers.The Renewals Manager will be involved with the day to day administration of renewals and financially related functions of the business, while supervising the Renewal Specialists. The Renewal Manager will execute annual price increases while maximizing retention rates and maintaining a positive relationship with our customers. The Renewal Manager communicates regularly with customers regarding contract questions, renewal questions, etc. The Renewal Manager will meet weekly with the Renewal Specialists to strategize and prioritize customer renewals, price increases, questions and concerns. This position is for someone who is interested in being a strong individual-contributor on a highly entrepreneurial team.• Supervise Renewal Specialists;• Coach and motivate Renewal Specialists to meet and/or exceed retention goals through open communication and expectation management;• Learn our product's value proposition and ability to present information to customers at renewal;• Administer annual price increases to customers;• Send monthly renewal quotes to customers;• Submit renewal contracts for customer signature;• Discuss high value annual price increases with customers and negotiate/pushback on customers as necessary;• Assist with escalated customer inquiries/disputes as they arise;• Regularly monitor Renewal Specialists interactions and provide constructive feedback;• Provide internal support to sales, legal, finance, and customer success teams;• Identify inefficiencies in the process and promote improvement of areas identified;• Perform other related duties as assigned.• Detailed with a focus on accuracy;• Ability to think thoroughly and independently;• Strong team player with an emphasis on timeliness;• Customer service enthusiast;• Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment;• Thoughtful and inquisitive individual with high energy and a great work ethic who can add value to the team;• Able to adapt to changing tasks and priorities quickly.What You Have• 5-7 years experience in renewal execution and negotiation;• 4-5 years of team leadership experience, preferably in renewals;• 1-3 years of working experience in software sales, account management, or customer service environment a plus;• Sharp attention to detail with excellent organization skills;• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;• SaaS (Software as a Service) experience strongly preferred;• Proficiency in Salesforce is required;• Google experience preferred;• BA in Business or related field preferred, but not necessary to apply.• Competitive Wages• Comprehensive Benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.) for full-time employees effective Day 1• Generous PTO to support work-life balance• 401K Matching• 12-week Paid Parental Leave• Autonomy to grow and find your career path with supportive leadership• Remote working opportunities• Inclusive and diverse work environmentNEOGOV does not discriminate in employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, membership in an employee organization, retaliation, parental status, military service, or other non-merit factors.
