Pros
I can only speak to the Implementation department, and my review is positive. Leaders are very keen to feedback, they value their employees, and place a high importance on work/life balance. There has never been a time that PTO is not approved, and they will even recommend taking more PTO if you don't take enough. The customers are generally great to work with. Having a Project Management team really helps keep projects on track for the sake of the customer and consultant. The leaders will get the team together in person multiple times per year, despite being an almost fully remote team. We also have virtual team events that allow everyone to stay engaged and connected. They encourage collaboration and process improvements. Upper leadership/C-Suite will join team meetings and provide transparency around their top priorities and how our team contributes to the organization's success. The C-suite is very open to feedback and easy to talk to. They consistently encourage idea sharing and always open to changes. Recently there has also been a lot of new DEI efforts that have been really wonderful to see.Cons
NG should host an in-person all-company event once per year so folks in different departments can get to know each other and foster collaboration and relationship-building. HR could use some updates and/or additional team members. They are not consistent for many processes and it can be difficult to get questions answered timely. But overall, there hasn't been anything major that was not addressed. HR should also adopt more transparency around salary ranges to encourage fair pay among all.Inc. 500/5000 Fastest Growing Company, Inc. 5000, 2012 Deloitte Technology Fast 500™, Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500, 2012
