About the Role:
As a Senior Engineer with 10+ years, you will lead the development of high-quality software solutions, architecting and implementing systems that meet modern technology standards. This role demands a strong technical foundation and hands-on experience with both backend and DevOps practices. You will be responsible for designing scalable applications, driving efficient development cycles, and collaborating across teams to enhance our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect high-quality, scalable software solutions
Prioritize and manage tasks throughout the software development lifecycle
Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
Automate tasks and processes using appropriate tools and scripting
Review and debug code to maintain high-quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to enhance and support products
Document development phases, monitor systems, and ensure timely updates to latest technologies

Core Skills Required:

Must-Have:
- Programming: Java 8+, Microservices, Spring Boot
- Cloud & Containers: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
- Development Tools: Git, REST APIs, MongoDB, Kafka
Good to Have:
- Languages & Frameworks: Python, JavaScript, React, Redux, Node.js, AngularJS
- DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins
