Job Description

Are you ready to discover the role of an IT Stock Management Specialist in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

As an IT Stock Management Specialist, you will:

  • Perform stock management tasks as described in the IT Equipment lifecycle management;
  • Coordinate the reception, transport and storage of new equipment to the appropriate stocks;
  • Maintain product catalogues and list of all software licenses;
  • Monitor subscriptions and warranty/maintenance expiration dates;
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor equipment moves and/or shipments;
  • Calculate the annual equipment budget needs for purchasing of ICT equipment, following the policies and monitor budget consumption;
  • Provide technical expertise on the financial evaluation of offers;
  • Prepare annual budget needs and allocation plans.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience for Junior profiles and minimum 4 years of relevant experience for mid profiles;
  • Knowledge of ICT hardware/software and in-depth knowledge of MS Excel;
  • Experience with the purchase of ICT equipment and services;
  • Experience with budget management and budget reporting;
  • Experience with contract management in an international environment;
  • Understanding of ICT tender and procurement procedures in an international environment;
  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • Minimum 1 Technical Certification from the list below (for Mid level profiles only):
    • Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP)
    • Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP)
    • Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM)
    • Certified IT Asset Disposal (CITAD)
    • The Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM)
