Your opportunity for impact:
NetDocuments is seeking an Order Operations Analyst who will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and managing contracts/ and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The Order Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing orders post sale and processing accounts in a timely and accurate fashion. This role involves collaboration with various departments to facilitate contract negotiations, execution, and adherence.
What your contributions will be:
Contract Review:
• Analyze and review written Order Forms against Salesforce contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal standards
• Identify potential risks and recommend necessary amendments or provisions when indicated
Document Management:
• Ensure timely processing of renewed contracts
Collaboration:
• Work closely with legal, finance, and operational teams to support contract execution and compliance
• Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders to facilitate contract negotiations
Reporting:
• Prepare and present reports on contract status, compliance, and performance metrics to management
• Monitor key contract milestones and deliverables
Process Improvement:
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Stay updated on best practices and legal regulations related to contract management
Training and Support:
• Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on contract management processes and tools
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures for contract handling
Other duties as assigned
Ideally you will have:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or a related field experience
• 5 years of experience in contract analysis, contract management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of contract law and regulations
• Team player and self-starter who can independently take ownership to manage assignments and tasks. - Excellent analytical, organizational, collaboration, communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical proficiency in Salesforce
• NetSuite experience highly preferred

Compensation Transparency
The compensation range for this position is: $70,000 - $80,000
The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations
