Staff Support Engineer

Netlify's Support Engineering team is looking for a technical support staff member to assist developer customers primarily from North America. The role involves providing white-glove service to Enterprise accounts and requires strong technical skills and customer-centric communication.

Skills

Proficiency in CLI tools like nslookup, whois, curl, etc.
Experience with web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, React
Familiarity with AWS lambda functions and web architecture
Knowledge of caching layers and frameworks like GatsbyJS, NextJS

Responsibilities

Providing technical support to developer customers primarily through email, Slack, and video calls
Assisting with complex networking and web development issues
Troubleshooting and explaining technical concepts like HTTP(S), DNS, SSL, and more
Collaborating with internal teams across the company

Education

Solid understanding of web development technologies
Experience with network and system administration
