Sr. Growth Marketing Manager

Netradyne is looking for a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to lead integrated campaigns, drive top-of-funnel growth, and create demand creation strategies.

Skills

8+ years of experience in growth marketing and demand generation
Deep understanding of ABM and integrated marketing campaigns
Experience in building scalable and repeatable growth models and processes
Analytical and metrics-driven mindset
Ability to work across multiple channels and analyze data for insights

Responsibilities

Own individual campaigns end-to-end
Focus on integrated campaigns, paid media, organic traffic generation, content strategy, community & social, CRO (web design & development), and full-funnel digital marketing
Drive key business metrics like web traffic, MQAs, MQLs, SALs, Opportunities, conversion rates, CAC, and CAC payback period
Work across multiple channels: Paid ads, Social, Email, Live Events, Webinars, Website, Direct Mail, and Sponsorships
Analyze full-funnel data on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to determine investment decisions
Regularly report to leadership on performance against goals and OKRs
