The Netsuite Systems Analyst - Manufacturing (0822) Opportunity:
Veev is looking for a Netsuite Systems Analyst - Manufacturing to join our family. In this position, As the Netsuite Systems Analyst - Manufacturing, you are a part of the Information Systems team, delivering high quality solutions to meet business needs. You will be responsible for collaborating and delivering complex cloud-based solutions using the NetSuite environment. You will collaborate on managing the day-to-day development life cycle of the Veev’s NetSuite ERP environment. You will be responsible for the design of complex solution components for advanced manufacturing capabilities within Netsuite.
The successful candidate must have a passion for helping small sized businesses find creative ways to use NetSuite to more effectively run their businesses
In This Role, You Will:
Lead and champion NetSuite Manufacturing and related functionalities.
Prepare business requirements documents indicating the core functionality and processes that must be configured in NetSuite
Configure the NetSuite system to meet the manufacturing business process flows
Demonstrate solution walkthroughs of configured NetSuite applications to internal customers
Identify test scenarios, establish test cases and support System Integration and User Acceptance Testing with core client stakeholders to ensure system configuration objectives have been met
Create training/support documentation, and drive end-user training to promote user adoption
Support the “Go Live” deployment processes, ensuring a seamless software launch and continuity of business operations during cutover
Document current systems state and wire framing system designs using process flow diagram tools.
Provide Level 2 support to super-users and act as liaison with NetSuite support.
Work on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and assist other corporate initiatives as directed, assigned, or requested.
Troubleshoot standard and custom development issues.
Configure SuiteBuilder fields, list, records, forms, roles etc.
Suggest improvements that take advantage of NetSuite's capabilities.
Providing technical expertise in the area of NetSuite and custom integrated software configuration, customization and technical management
Help to deploy new applications and new NetSuite functionality based on evolving business needs
Helping ensure tracking Change Management in all Business Application platforms
Maintain user roles and access privileges while controlling data access
Create and edit dashboards, saved searches, reports, workflows, KPIs, forms, etc
Requirements, Knowledge, and Experience:
Physically on site at our Hayward, California offices, a minimum of two or more days per week.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
5-7 years of overall hands-on experience with NetSuite Design to Build process.
3-4 full NetSuite life cycle implementations
3-4 years of solid Manufacturing functional implementation experience is a must
Strong Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Distribution experience is a must
NetSuite Integration Experience with PLM tools such as Arena.
Prior experience with Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) modules
Experience in manufacturing environments (work orders, BOMs, inventory)
Understanding of SuiteScript
Ability to handle a variety of different projects simultaneously, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
Must have excellent oral and written communication, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Haves:
NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant certification preferred
Compensation:
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skills, education, experience, and location is $135,000 - $150,000 annually for Hayward, CA and surrounding areas. This role is also eligible for stock options, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, flexible paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
