The opportunity
Our Finance team is responsible for the financial management and operations of Netwealth (and its subsidiaries) and they are looking for a data-driven FP&A Analyst to join the team as they continue to build a foundation of excellence in finance.
As the FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our financial planning and analysis processes. You will be responsible for developing business cases, providing insightful commentary, and delivering data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Your strong commercial acumen and ability to understand the story behind the numbers will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities include;
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and develop business cases to support strategic initiatives.
Provide insightful commentary and recommendations based on data analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.
Utilise your strong data focus to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
About you
As an experienced FP&A Analyst you are passionate about driving financial strategy and enabling informed decision-making. Your skills include;
Proven experience in Financial Planning and Analysis and Business Case Development.
Background in Software as a Service (SaaS) or FinTech industries is highly desirable.
Strong data focus with the ability to analyse and interpret complex financial information.
Advanced Excel skills, SQL skills are a bonus.
Excellent commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
