Head of Partnerships

ABOUT US

Network for Good is a nonprofit organization dedicated to a simple, powerful mission: To Unleash Generosity. We push ourselves to achieve that mission through a novel organizational structure and a commitment to deliver an enduring asset to the social sector.

Founded in 2001, more than $5B has been delivered to over 400,000 charities through our donor advised fund, which enables partners like Walmart, Google, and Patagonia to create powerful giving programs for donors to support their favorite causes. We are known in the social sector as the original innovator in online giving and have a reputation for helping the world’s most influential platforms create meaningful giving experiences.

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Partnerships to drive the organization’s Partner revenue strategy, manage strategic relationships, and lead growth initiatives. The major focus of this role will be in the entrepreneurial spirit of creating and managing giving programs for partners, ranging from big brands to emerging startups. This will include designing and implementing partner donation models and programs, including pricing models (e.g. Revenue share agreements). You must be passionate about building relationships and believe that the power of generosity can change the world.

About You:
You’re a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in revenue generation through relationship building and partner management.  You will have an entrepreneurial spirit, as happy thinking about big-picture strategy, as you would be rolling up your sleeves to implement and operate new partner business models.

You have:

  • Strategic Thinking for Growth: Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively about revenue opportunities.
  • Partnership & Program Design: Comfortable facilitating discussions about program design, entertaining creative ideas from partners and pulling pieces together about how we can help.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, great at working collaboratively across departments and with external partners, all at various levels of seniority.
  • Revenue Management: Deep experience and understanding of managing a sales cycle. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Digital Product Sales: Experience with web-based products and services; e-commerce and/or social impact experience a plus
  • Payment technology stack: Experience with the payment technology stack, include Credit card APIs, PCI compliance and disbursement technology a plus
  • Mission-Driven: Passionate about applying your skills to make a positive impact on society through technology.
  • Eligibility: Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Commitment to Inclusion: Dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
